  1.   Messages in Mail> are visible only to sender and recipient.
  2.   If you enter a message in the Mail> room, Citadel will prompt you
  3. for the name of the recipient.    If Citadel does not know anyone by that name,
  4. then the message will be refused.
  5. If you have mail waiting, it can be
  6. be read using the usual commands.
  7.  "Goto" will find new messages in Mail> just as it
  8. finds new messages in any other room.
